Yes. Lemon juice is acidic, and lemonade is just lemon juice and sugar; because sugar doesn't ionize, it doesn't change the pH of the lemonade.
A lower pH level indicates that a substance is more acidic. The reason Coca-Cola is more acidic than lemonade is because the carbonic acid, the stuff that makes cola fizzy, is stronger in acidity and greater in quantity in cola than the citric acid in lemonade. Because of this, flat soda is much less acidic.
Lemonade is a mixture.

Lemonade is acidic and would have a pH in the 4.0 - 6.5 range.

Lemonade has a pH of about 2 or 3. Acidic substances have pH's below 7 and while bases have pH's above 7. Pure water (deionized) has a pH of 7.0. (Tap water is generally slightly acidic with a pH of ~6.5).
It will not harm you but you should mix it into a drink to avoid getting your stomach upset. It could neutralize your stomach acid and thereby give you some nausea and gas; but that's about it. Also, you should know that some homemade lemonade would work just as well. Although lemonade is very acidic, the body turns it into a very alkaline substance. It does not matter on the PH of the product, but rather the PH that it turns to in the body. This is the same with most fruits and vegetables. I eat pineapple and drink lemonade a lot for this reason.
Lemons (of the genus citrus) naturally produce citric acid and its juice contains enough citric acid to reach of pH value of 2 to 3. Lemonade basically is diluted lemon juice with a lot of sugar added. Therefore citric acid that is naturally present in lemon juice is also found in lemonade.
