Pseudo-code is a programming language independent method of planning a program, written in plain English.
For instance :
count the number of trees in the forest
If number of trees in the forest is greater than or equal to 100 tell user that the ecological disaster is averted
If the number of trees in the forest is less than 100 tell the user that there is an ecological disaster
This allows you to plan out a program long before you decide what language to write it in.
pseudo-code describes the logic, flow, and operations to perform a task or implement an algorithm. The description is in a form that is like a computer program, but may not use the syntax for any actual programming language. It allows a person familiar with programming in general to understand the flow without needing to know any specific computer programming language. In some cases the pseudo-code is written and used to help select the best language to use.
Pseudocode helps us to express an algorithm in human terms, rather than in terms of a specific machine or a specific programming language. If we think of an algorithm as a finite sequence of steps or procedures that must be performed in order to solve a problem and then write those steps down in an informal, natural language (such as plain English), then we are effectively writing pseudocode. It's called pseudocode simply because the informal language typically includes formal but well-established programming paradigms, such as named variables, structured loops and conditional branches. Complex algorithms can be broken down into a series of simpler algorithms, in much the same way as we refactor functions in a procedural programming language.
Due to its informal nature, computer's cannot understand pseudocode and therefore cannot convert it into working code. It is primarily of benefit to programmers as it expresses the first principals required of the working code, however it is also of benefit to non-programmers as it expresses algorithms in terms that are much more readily understood than a formal programming language would be.
Pseudo code is a notation resembling a simplified programming language, used in program design.

Pseudo Codes are a simplistic computer language. All statements that show a dependency must be indented. They include while, do, for, and if switch. Pseudo?æ code produces event oriented code that are done after all proper settings are in place.
we have no disadvantages by pseudo-codes. in fact these help the programmers to increase the efficiency in programming.

Pseudo listening is when someone gives the appearance of listening but is not actually paying attention or engaging with the speaker. This can involve nodding, making affirming sounds, and maintaining eye contact without truly absorbing or processing the information being shared. It can lead to misunderstandings, lack of empathy, and strained communication in relationships.
