rcon (Remote Control) is used to control remotely control a Counter-Strike server. You can set the password using "rcon_password <password>" The admin can type the same command to gain access. Then he can contol the erver by typing "rcon <command>" in his console. You can also control the server without being in it by using rcon_port and rcon_address.
