Secondary school in Spanish is literally "escuela secundaria", but usually no one ever says this. Secondary school refers to "high school" in the U.S., so each country has a different name for this. The general word is "colegio", but I've heard "liceo" in Chile and "la prepa(toria)" in Mexico.
