right click new> shortcut and then type in "shutdown -s" without the quotes and click next type the name example: shutdown then your done, if you want you can change the icon by right clicking the shutdown file, properties> change icon >ok> now choose the icon> apply> ok and there you go =D

Right click on your desktop and go to new then shortcut. The location of the file you want is shutdown -s and it's already on your computer. Name it something like shutdown and when you click it it will shut your computer down quicker than pressing the start menu.
