There is no such thing as possession. If someone believes they have been possessed, recommend they speak to a doctor. There is no step-by-step process for becoming possessed. Possession is only done by demons and evil ghosts/spirits, and they are the only ones who can voluntarily possess you. However, a Catholic could become possessed if the demon/ghost/evil spirit becomes annoyed or angered by the Catholic, or if the demon/ghost/evil spirit just wants to use the Catholic as a puppet for more evil purposes.
