Okay, so in Cheerleading their is something called stunting. There is a flyer (she goes in the air) usually two bases (They lift the girl) a back (She helps push the flyer up and helps hold weight) and sometimes a front (She helps hold weight) The flyer goes up in the air usually on one foot and uses the other leg to impress the crowd with her flexibility by pulling a heel stretch, bow & arrow, scorpion, scale, and many more. Their are also basket tossing, their is the usual flyer, bases, back, and front. but they throw the girl up in the air while she does what ever she can in the air. That would include toe touches, a kick, a spin, a backflip, and much more. In a stunt off the flyer, bases, back, and front go in front of everybody by themselves and show off what they can do. The best ones to impress the judges, win. [:
