Overt prejudice is prejudice that is still present.

For example, modern prejudice is when one outwardly acts unprejudice while inwardly maintaining his or her prejudice attitudes. Then, when it is "safe," he or she will state how they really feel. Someone who is overtly prejudice does not have the "filter" of modern prejudice.
