sweet December is about a guy (shaun) who is coming 'home' to get to the girl, whom he saw sitting 'on the pavement writing wrongs' (doing the wrong thing) and he says, "im coming home, im coming..." meaning that hes coming to get her, and they can be together, ant that their December will be 'sweet' (good).
