Systematic prejudice is when someone is judged more harshly and given a severe punishment, because of their color of their skin, culture and other diverse factors. An example of this for instance 2 men, (White Australian and an Indigenous Aboriginal Australian) may appear in court for the same crime, same type criminal background and history, but one receives 12 months in imprisonment, and the other receives 12 months good behavior bond. One is judged fairly, and the other is judged by color, race due to stereotyping, discrimination, judgemental, and racist attitudes in people and society.

Systematic prejudice, also known as systemic discrimination, refers to discrimination that is embedded in the policies, practices, and systems of a society or organization, resulting in unequal treatment of individuals or groups based on characteristics like race, gender, or socioeconomic status. It can perpetuate inequalities and limit opportunities for marginalized populations.
