it is perfect 85 degrees in summer 20 and snow in winter. but lately it's been warmer we still get our annual snow days and big snow storms that acually last. but the snow falls maybe 3 or 4 '' a day so itis not like you have to make a path to get to your door. it's never really freezing, just very cold sometimes, and never scorching and to hot to bear, just really warm
