I own a 2001 Mustang V6 Convertible Automatic. It has some additions on it: Cold Air, Full Length Dual Exhaust... I do a 0-60 in the mid to high 7s. With the I-Frames out and a manual, you should do low 7s providing you know how to drive a stick properly. Car and Driver found 7.1 I think for a 0-60 on a 2000 V6 Manual.
