You have to take the exam again. There are tests in January, June, and August. Assuming the one you want re- graded was taken in June, you can take a different exam in August and hope to pass the course and go on to your next grade.
In 8th grade my teacher always says u need a 85% on ur regents.-That is if you are in an honors class. In high school for example 9th grade and above u need 65% or higher to pass.

The grade for this depends entirely on the difficulty of the exam and what the standards are. If you are given 16 unsolved problems to work on and you solve three of them you deserve the highest possible grade. If you are taking some sort of minimal competency exam you only know three out the required answers then you deserve a very low grade and have a lot more work to do if you want to pass.
