The Book of Revelation is the last book in the Christian New Testament. It was already controversial in the time of the Church Fathers, but finally included in The Bible because it was signed by someone called John and the Church Fathers feared leaving it out if this John turned out to be the apostle John.
Revelation is so mystical and ambiguous that almost any meaning can be taken out of different parts of the book. Many Christians believe it contains prophecies of the end of the world or the return of Jesus.
