Holy Thursday is the day that Christ celebrated the Last Supper with His disciples, four days after His triumphal entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. Only hours after the Last Supper, Judas would betray Christ in the Garden of Gethsemane, setting the stage for Christ's Crucifixion on Good Friday.
I just call it the Easter weekend. I don't think it has a name like Good Friday or Easter

Well, there were 4 full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and there was a Saturday at the end with no October Sunday (Sunday was November 1st). I would call it 4 and 1/2.
Although it depends on the specific locations, most JC Penney stores will be open on Easter Sunday. Easter is considered a Christian holiday and most retail stores only close for national holidays.
Lent lasts for forty days and unlike similar fasts last through the nights as well. Sundays are not counted in the forty days as each Sunday is seen as a celebration of the resurrection (like mini-Easters) anyway. Lent ends the Saturday before Easter Sunday. Good Friday is a fasting day anyway. Eastern churches start Lent on the Monday of the 7th week before Easter and end it on the Friday 9 days before Easter. Eastern churches call this period the 'Great Lent'.
