Yes you can turn on the power just like usuall. The power is located in the Theatre room. If you go through the alley, when you first enter the Theatre room the option is just to your right, directly beside the M16. If you enter from the other side (through varuious rooms) it is across the room on the other side of the stage, and as said above, right beside the M16. To turn it on you press the square button if on a PS3 and the X blue button if on an XBOX360.
