The cartoon and the books are very different. The book is hard to explain. Its a collection of stories, mostly focusing on a boy named Mowgli, who was raised in the Jungle. There are other stories, mostly about animals. If you want a really good answer, go read it.

Which required the right for Government to come to meat factories or industry, to investigate how the workers cut the meat,(meaning how did they do their job, and quality of the meat good/bad)
