In the Lewis dot structure of sf4 the S is in the center. The S has two dots to the right of it. The S is surrounded on the top, bottom, and side with the F. Each one of the F's have 6 dots surrounding them.

The Sulfur atom is the central atom. It has 4 single bonds to each of the Fluorine atoms and 1 non-bonding pair of electrons. Therefore, its electron geometry is Trigonal Bipyramidal and its molecular geometry is Seesaw.
