The Nazis spoke German. The German word for a government takeover is Machtergreifung ("seizure of power"). This term is sometimes used for when Hitler was appointed Chancellor in January 1933. This led to the Gleichschaltung("synchronization"), whereby the Nazis totally changed the German government to fit their policies.

There is no word that specifically applies to when Nazis takeover a government. Perhaps you are thinking of the 1923 Beer Hall Putsch, which was a failed attempt by the Nazis to overtake the Weimar German government. However, the word "putsch" applies to any such takeover attempt regardless of whether it is Nazis, Communists, Royalists, Militarists, etc. who attempt the overturning of a government through violence, e.g. a coup d'etat.
