45mg
The intestine regulates iron absorption to meet the body's needs. Iron overload is rare in the absence of hereditary iron storage disease. The Tolerable Upper Intake Level (UL) for healthy adults is 45 mg/day. There may be times when a physician prescribes an intake higher than the upper limit to treat iron deficiency anemia.

increase iron intake......a proper diet will help you as well... also avoid alcohol as it decreases the platelet level
There are many foods that contain iron. However, the amount of iron you intake in day can impact your body. One of those impacts is not water retention though.
A serving of liverwurst has 16 mg of iron. The male Daily Recommend Intake (DRI) is 8mg/day The female Daily Recommend Intake (DRI) is 18 mg/day
Yes, it is a very high iron level.
The intake portion of the 3100 starts where the throttle body (where the accelerator cable attaches) attaches to the plenum (upper intake), below the plenum is the lower intake. The exhaust manifolds are between where the Exhaust pipe connects to and attaches to the cylinder head. The first answer is great, but here's some more as I have just finished replacing the intake manifolds on my 1997 Pontiac GrandAm with the 3.1L engine. First of all, this is a two-piece manifold which is unusual, the first one I've see like this.... This engine is a 60 degree V configuration, and the lower intake manifold bolts directly onto both heads, essentially filling in the center of the "V", and providing air/fuel to the head intake ports. Its mostly obscured by the upper intake manifold that bolts directly to the lower portion. The upper and lower intake manifolds are cast aluminium. The exhaust manifolds are each on the outside of the "V", and bolt directly to the heads. They are cast iron (usually rusty iron color), and are covered by silver sheet-metal heat shields. There is a crossover pipe that connects them to a collector which connects to the rest of the exhaust system.
30 ft/lbs on a cast iron intake.
Ferritin is a protein that stores iron. Low ferritin is a precursor to anemia, so if you do nothing about the low ferritin level your iron level will eventually drop.
Iron is a very important component for our body growth. Deficiency of iron is known as anemia. This can be caused due to lesser intake of iron in diet. Women are mostly prone to iron deficiency during pregnancy. Low iron saturation may indicate a need to increase your iron intake. Supplements for iron is another option but it should be taken under guidance of medical experts.
On a cast iron intake the torque is 30 lb/ft.
