Move the safety forward to the 'fire' position, then open the bolt. As you are sliding the bolt to the open position, pulling the trigger will allow the bolt to be removed.
I would start my search at numrich gun parts corp.They can be found on the web.I would also contact marlin firearms company themselves and see if they possably have one in stock?
