In Arkansas, child support ends when the child turns 18 or graduates high school, which ever is later. If the child turns 18 in Feb. of his/her senior year, child support goes on until graduation. If the child turn 18 in July after graduating, child support goes on until the child's 18th birthday.
Child support arrears live on until they are paid. The custodial parent should pursue any arrears in court, obtain a court order that establishes the amount of the arrears and request any help possible from the state child support enforcement agency.
I think it is the age of 18 or until the child is out of college if attending or if they get married which ever comes first.

In Colorado, child support will stop at the age of 18 or when the child finishes school. There is a possibility that the child can receive child support if the child goes on to college.

If a person helps to create a child, they should help to support the child. In Nebraska a person can stop paying child support at the age of 19. This is unless the child is emancipated by the court, marries or dies.
