You will need to have answered puzzle 137 first. Go into the hotel and speak to Becky,

Go up the stairs, come back down and speak to Delmora, Leave the hotel after speaking to Delmora, next speak to the Family goon, must have answered puzzle 40.

Answer = Stamps 3 and 6 are what you need.
