∙ 15y agoYour rifle was manufactured in 1972. The value will depend on condition. Have it appraised by a collector or gunsmith.
The value will depend on what it is and what condition it is in. You must provide considerably more information for Wiki to help. I suggest that you take it to a gunsmith to have it identified and appraised.

Land has value and can absolutely be appraised by a licensed appraiser.
You will have to get it appraised to find out.
no. the sale price is whatever the two parties agree on. The appraised value is just that, a value that someone appraised the value to be. (Although the lender does put more value on the appraised value than on any other.)
The purchase price of the home is not the value of the home. It is what you paid for the home. The value of the home is the appraised value. A lender would look only at the appraised value of a home for lending purposes. If you paid more or less for the home, that is on you.
You get it appraised.
There is no model 84. A model 94 with that serial number was manufactured in 1952. Its value will depend on condition. Have it appraised by a professional.
You need to insure it at replacement cost not value or appraised value. Call your agent.
Either identify and describe the rifle real well so that a person who can't see it could take a guess (and if it is a JC Higgens, I can save you the effort, because the answer is "Not very much") or you could take it to a gunsmith or collector to have it appraised.
as with all items being sold, the condition is all important. have it appraised
