We wean our babies pretty much the same as other nationalities. Our main concern is the health-needs of the infant and the mother, and we act accordingly (so it's hard to approximate, because circumstances may differ in each case). Jewish laws state that a child may be breast-fed until the age of four, and in ancient times that may sometimes have been done. Today in actual practice, however, that is not done. Most babies are weaned anywhere from 8-10 months to as late as 18 months of age or slightly more.

This is a question that could be answered differently by every goat farm. On an average, bucks are weaned at 3-4 months, does are weaned 4-5 months. However, left to their mother's discretion, a mother goat allows the baby to wean naturally and longer than humans will.
Bull calves. When they are weaned and/or reach around 10 months of age they are referred to as bulls or young bulls.
