I think the average 7th grade math score is 222, I got 256 :)
----------------------------------------
I am in 5th grade REACH an I got 245. =]
-----------------------------------------
I am in 6th grade and I got 284!
I'm in 7th. I got a 275 in 6th.
In a school enterance test I thought they would obviously accept me in and I got a
240. Now they won't let me in.
I am in seventh grade and I got a 257 on my MATH MAPS score.
I don't think so.
It depends what classes you take in math.
No it is not a good score. That score would probably make the 20th or 25th percentile
That depends. Are you in a public or a private school? I'd say yes. The smartest sophomores in my school are in the 270-290 range. I actually scored this today. But I'd say yes
Depends on how many questions are on the test. If you had 213 out of 213 that is good, but if you got 213 out of 400 that isn't so good.
190-195. I got those scores in 2nd grade but they should be average in 3rd grade.
A score of 241 on the seventh grade Reading MAP test is generally considered to be above average. However, the interpretation of the score may vary depending on the standardized scoring scale used by the test provider. It's important to compare the score to the national average or percentile rank to get a better understanding of the student's performance.
I got a 284 on my map. Most other people got less.Hope that helped
No
it is in the book and i cant find it online.
Students that post scores 3 or more grade level above may be considered gifted, in the case of grade 3 reading the middle of the year average is 197, a gifted reader in grade 3 would be scoring 215 and above
It is a pretty good score. You will have to check with the state percentiles, but that's an average score. No worrying.
A test in middle 6th grade won't count for getting into college. It starts to get tracked in high school.
Beat the seventh gymleader and when you come out of the gym a guy will give it to you
the best map score depends on your grade,i got 230 and im 5th grader thats avergae but i do 6th and 7th grade math at home but not at school,so for a 5th grader a really good score is aroud 250
Here is a web site which gives nationwide mean and median MAP scores by grade level http://rea.mpls.k12.mn.us/uploads/Norms2008.pdf With Best Regards, Marisol
It depends on your school. In a regular school the average For a fifth grader is 220 so a 6th grader would have about 225 .So that is a good score you have passed the MAP.
