Im a 5'2 13 year old (girl) and I weigh about 110 pounds, but I'm reallly strong and have always liked doing sports. If your worried about your weight, then I would suggest drinking water before you eat because it makes you more full so you won't eat as much. And doing simple workouts a day, I do 20-25 pushups and 50-100 situps, then I go out front and do 3-5 pullups on a tree. I also joined the cross country team at my school and lost probably 5-10 pounds cause I ran 2-3 times a week. Even when your whatching tv, get up every so often and do 10 or so pushups. Don't be surprised if you gain weight at first, cause that's just your muscle building up, as they grow they will needs more energy and will rely on the fat in your body, thus getting you into shap. But it takes time, plus your taller than me and will weigh more. Also eat healthy foods, and try to mostly drink water and not juices and such. Hope this helps
