im 16 and i weigh 196 pounds and im fat i have love handles, man boobs and a huge stomach role and whaen i sit down it comes out from under my t-shirt and sweat shirt i go to the gym twice a week for the last 3 months but i havent gained any muscle and i have added an extra 2 inches to my waist!!!!
