There is no best or worst character in Smash Bros. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. You decide who's the best and who's the worst based on what you like. It all depends who you're good with, not what everyone else thinks. yeah some are heavy some are light some are fast some are slow some are weak some are strong...09lemacs-I think are Fox,Samus,zeldia,marth,lughi and young link but thats my Opinion so its you lot who can decide who's best.

It all depends on how good you are.

The official tier list considers the best characters to be Meta Knight and Snake.

Some people would say Mr. Game & Watch is one of the best characters, as well.

In my opinion, I would consider the best to be Snake, Marth and Falco.

The Prima guide considers the best to be Marth, Snake and Peach.

No, no. The tier list was made by phonies and they are just nerds who like to play as "fast" and "weak" and "cool" and"overrated" characters. It's like they don't give a crap about the rest of the characters. *The characters that are overrated include: Captain Falcon, Meta Knight, Kirby, Pit, Fox, Falco, Zero Suit Samus, Wolf, Sheik, Marth, Snake, Ike, and Sonic.

I think either Ness or Yoshi because Yoshi is very fast and you can easily spam-and-win with him, and then Ness because you can use hidden combo tactics that the opponent was not prepared for.

According to the competitive tier list, Fox is the best character followed shortly by Marth, then Sheik, then Falco.
