One opinion is that Bulbasaur is most likely the best since it can beat the Gym Leaders in the game easily. Charmander grows up to be strong as well. You can always find a better water Pokemon than Squirtle like Starmie.
Another opinion is that Charmander is the best by far the only bad part about him is that the first 2 Gyms are kinda tough for him but after that he eventually becomes Charizard who is the best final form of any Starter.
Opinion 3 - I think Squirtle is the best because Water Gun beats Brock, Bite beats Misty and for Electric and Grass use a different Pokemon for Electric and for Grass a fire Pokemon for your Rival use Bite with Squirtle when he learns it and usually Bulbasaur flinches and continues to do so.
Opinion 4 - I think Charmander is good too but Squirtle is still better. I can beat the Rival easily anyways. Bulbasaur barely learns moves fast enough so it gets boring and he basically dies when you fight your Rival for the first time.
Chamander as it can evolve into Charizard and can learn Fly so you don't have to worry about getting a hard to catch useful flying type Pokemon. It can also learn Cut, Rock climb and every other HM except Surf and Waterfall.
Opinion 5 - The best starter in my opinion is Squirtle because it makes the first two Gyms easier.
Opinion 6 - Charmander is a bad choice if you plan to use it on the first two Gyms because both Gym Leaders are using Pokemon that are Super-Effective vs Charmander. Bulbasaur is a decent starter it's Super Effective vs Brock and Misty so you should pick between Squirtle and Bulbasaur if you want to get through the beginning of the game easily, but Charmander is probably the best of them once it eventually becomes Charizard.
I pick Charmander, mainly because it's a Fire-breathing dragon! Although it's rather long to train and maintain levels with Charmander, he's cool and very strong. In the beginning few gym leader battles, Charmander isn't a very good fighter but you can always get wild Pokemon and raise them to fight the gym leaders. Fighting Brock you can take out easily if you get Charmander level 13 which has him learn "Metal Claw" and this is quite effective against the rock type Pokemon and with only that you can take out his Pokemon. The problem is with Misty, so its a very good idea to catch a Metapod will in the viridian forest and train it till it levels to Butterfree, and also catch a Pikachu and train them both till about level 18 should be fine, and i would say Charmander at level 23 should do to defeat Misty. Another great thing about pick Charmander is that he can learn "Cut" & "Fly" HM's later in the game. I like Squirtle too, Squirtle has high defenses and water attacks which is effective in most gyms. Squirtle also learns "swim" later in the game but i would rather use my Garyados for that. Bulbasaur is fine if you're new and enjoy fast learning Pokemon, he is pretty good because he learns poison attack which weakens your opponent in battle and grass-type attack make him strong with most guy leaders. Hope I helped with your pick (Pick Charmander) :)
it really depends on what strategy you use. mostly people like to pick the starter that seems most appealing to them the first time they see it and develop a strategy so it is difficult to tell witch one is best for you because most players are unique. there is no universal best one but i can give you this: charmander is hard to raise but gets ridiculously strong but his defense is a little lacking. he is best for later on in the game because not much can take his s.attack power and is fast so he usually attacks first. but early on you have to train a little extra to keep up because of type disadvantage. he is good if you want a challenge much latter on in the game. Bulbasuar is very easy to train and the first three gyms have a type disadvantage to him but latter on he is not so strong and has his fair share of type disadvantage especially in the elite four. he will get you through most your battles with out to much trouble but is just not that great.he is good if you want to get though the game fast.squirtle is kind of in the middle. he doesn't have to many type disadvantages but his attack power is not nearly as much as charmanders. he has better defense than both of them but not a hole lot but enough to make a substantial difference. charmander:if you want a challenge later bulbasaur if you want a quick game squirtle if you want a game to coast in and go at a steady pace.
blastoise is the best
No
Bulbasaur is one of the starters that you get from professor.
The only way is to trade with someone who has one of the other starters and can trade with firered. I know that leafgreen can and so can another firered
Sorry, but the only way to get all the starters from Pokemon Crystal to Fire Red or to Pokemon Emerald is to get a gameshark and do it from there.
Advance text is good for starters
Bulbasaur (Grass) , Charmander (Fire) , Squirtle (Water) . IT is the same starters of Leaf Green.
Mudkip Torchick Treeko (hope this helps)
You can just breed your starter Pokemon with a ditto to get a egg of your starter Pokemon in Pokemon leafgreen or firered then trade them.
There are 3 starters that you can choose at the beginning of Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen version. You can choose Bulbasaur (Grass type), Charmander ( Fire type) , and Squirtle (Water type).
You must trade with another firered or leafgreen.
Just migrate from the past games Pokemon leafgreen/firered or ruby/Sapphire/emerald. Then you will have them all.
All 386, but in the earlier versions, Vlobeat/Illumise, the other starters and the Whismur family are missing.
