Technically all Ulpanim are part-time. Government-funded ulpanim include Ulpan Beit Morasha, Ulpan Beit Haam, Ulpan Etzion and some others. Private ulpanim include Ulpan La-Inyan (small classes, an hour a day), Ulpan Or (mostly one on one, week-long sessions) and Ulpan Aviv (also mostly one on one, 10-day courses). See related links.
