If you tighten your torsion bars a little (It will level the truck up and make it look better, but make sure to get it aligned) and trim the plastic on the front inner fenders you can fit a 33/12.50 with just a little bit of drag when you hit a bump while turning if you want a tall skinny tire use a 255/85/16 witch is what I have stayed with. BF Goodrich KM2 has been a great tire for me, I have never been stuck in very bad situations they will even clear chains on all four wheels. Have fun.
Usually that's caused by tires that are out of balance or bent rims.

There are 2 of them, And both of them are underneath the intake manifold. You will have to remove the intake to get to them. Bad design from Chevy motor comp. There's no other way to get to them.

No, the biggest is 22" without modification
I got a 2003 Chevy silverado 4x4 z71 stock suspension , and i install on it 285/75r16 tires, that's the biggest tire that you can use, i put that tire size to in a 2002 Chevy silverado work truck 4x2, with no problems. You can trust, good luck.
