If done correctly (and most are never done right) you should be good to get up to "0) or "00" and still have the ear lobes shrink back to something about a 12g or 14g. But it needs to be done right. Research stretching before doing it and stick to the plan, no faster, regardless of what you think you can do.

It is really endless in stretching, but take your time. and clinical studies have proven tat in 98% of the time your ear will heal as long as you don't stretch past double zero gauge size
