With a line graph you use lines. You put numbers at the bottom of the graph and numbers on the side. In other words the bottom numbers are on the x axis and the numbers on the side are on the y axis. Then when you have the dots on the graph you connect them and then it makes a line.
It is simply called a point on the graph, or a solution to the equation represented by the graph.
What do you mean by "top of the graph"? Do you mean the highest value? The top of the graph is called "the top of the graph" There's no term for it.
A bar graph is a collection of data, put in a table- in the form of bars. The graph will have information on the bottom-top, and either side.
