You have to turn on bool Prop, by opening the cheat window and typing boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true ........Then hold shift and click on your sim. Choose Spawn, then Sim Modder. A fake baby should appear on the ground, click on it then choose relationships where you'll have choices for who to change the relationships with and if you want them to; hate, like, love, or be neutral towards another sim.
