First you need to know what force is required. The pressure the cylinder is going to work at. From this you can wok out the area of the piston and then the diameter of the piston. Force = Pressure x Area
Mechanical pressure from the primary piston
You get the force exerted by a hydraulic piston by taking the pressure times the surface area of the piston.
In a hydraulic system, the force on the applying piston is multiplied by the reciprocal of the area of the piston, to find pressure which is multiplied by the piston area.
It is simply a piston compressor.
Piston is the device with a cup like shape that fit completely in the Cylinder.
fd
It is the space between the top of the piston and the bottom of the cylinder head. Great care should be used when putting an engine back together to make sure the bump clearance is not 0 so that the piston will not hit the head cylinder.
Well...... you need A LITTLE bit of clearance for the gas mixture to lubricate the piston and cylinder. Plus your piston expands when it gets hot.
Cylinder. Piston. The piston. Rubber Gasket (packing). Oil Verdi.

bumping clearance is the clearance between piston and head ,piston and crank endside

Most simply, a small cylinder and piston, a larger cylinder and piston, and some tubing to connect the two.
Check the hydraulic fluid. Hydraulic cylinder piston rubber washers to replace.
There would be 0 backlash on a hydraulic cam. If you asking about piston to valve clearance, you would want about .100" , but shouldn't need to worry about it if it's stock.
Cable clutch - when you depress the clutch lever or pedal, you pull at a Cable whose other end is attached to the fork that operates the pressure plate in the clutch assembly. Hydraulic clutch - when you depress the clutch lever or pedal, you push at a piston in a Master cylinder. Pushing at the piston pressurizes the hydraulic fluid in the master cylinder, and in the hose leading to a Slave cylinder placed at the clutch. The piston in the slave cylinder extends and operates the pressure plate in the clutch assembly.
