Arid or semiaridconditions are encountered in the Baja California Peninsula, the northwestern state of Sonora, the northern Altiplano, and also significant portions of the southern Altiplano. Rainfall in these regions averages between 300 and 600 millimeters (12-24 inches) per year, and temperature variations are pronounced, between 5°C (41°F) on winter up to 42°C (107°F) on summer months.
It is VERY cold. There is no one within the Guatamalean range, because it is so cold.
in the northern part of the Yucatan peninsula it is mostly the tropical savanna
It is a flat land with a subtropical climate, much akin to that of Florida, in the United States.
It has temperate climate
Northern Mexico is part of the Sonoran and Chihuahuan deserts, so it has a dry, arid climate. The Mexican central plateau, where Mexico City and many other cities are located, has a temperate climate, such as San Francisco or Los Angeles in the United States. Southern Mexico has a more tropical climate, but as Mexico has a rugged topography, some parts of the south have a "mountain jungle" climate that is incredibly humid, but temperate.
The eastern part of the Unites States has four climate 'zones': The Northern Eastern, Central Eastern, Southern Eastern, and the very tip of Florida. Northern zone- (Dfb) Humid Continental climate with cool summers, Central zone- (Dfa) Humid Continental climate with warm summers, Southern zone- (Cfa) Humid Subtropical climate. The tip of Florida- (Aw) Tropical Wet/Dry seasons climate.
we are on the coast of Florida which is the west part and the gulf is also to the west. we are closer to the gulf of Mexico than the Atlantic ocean.
In South Africa...It's Hot! Western Cape has Meditteranean climate, Kwazulu/Natal has Sub-tropical, central and northern part has summer rainfall, and so on.warm mostly hot and rarely cold
The northern Mexican state of Chihuahua has five major climates, depending on altitude: The Sierra Madre Occidental mountain range lies to the west of the state; as such it has a Subtropical Highland (Köppen Cfb) and Humid Subtropical (Köppen Cwa) climate. Within the mountain range there are small regions with microclimates, which include Tropical savanna climate (Köppen Aw) in deep canyons located in the extreme southern part of the state; Continental Mediterranean climate (Köppen Dsb) is located in the extremely high elevations of the Sierra Madre Occidental. Most of the state's northern latitudes are part of the Chihuahuan desert; as such it has Hot Desert (Köppen BWh) and Cool Desert (Köppen BWk) climates. Finally, the central region of the state has Semi-arid climate or Steppe (Köppen BSk),
Temperate, due to elevation. Oak and pine forests are common.

moderate
That is a generally accepted defenition. (yarow12) Although, Mexico is a part of Central America.
Central America generally falls within the tropical climate zone, with high temperatures year-round and distinct wet and dry seasons. The region experiences heavy rainfall during the wet season, which typically occurs from May to October, and drier conditions during the rest of the year.
In Central America, the climate zone varies. This is because there are at least a dozen different climatic zones. However, for the most part, the climate in Central America is tropical.
Northern Mexico, which is overwhelmingly dominated by the Sonoran and Chihuahuan deserts.
