s high as 21 Celsius and it is very cold and hot there it can be mixed up (combined) ok

The average temperature is 10 degrees Celsius but that's from my geography text book and was calculate in 2000

The winters are cold and long; summers are short and cool. With low temperatures there is little evaporation in the summer, so the ground is usually wet if u single hit m3 up!!!!!;)
