Currently, at this writing, the max level on official Blizzard World of Warcraft servers is 80.
Upon the release of the newest expansion Cataclysm the max level will be increased to 85.

You level up in World of Warcraft by doing quests, killing mobs, and if you have the professions herbalism or mining, by gathering herbs or mineral nodes (they give experience now). Instance (dugneon) quests will give you a lot of XP but can only be done once per character, same with most quests in WoW (can only be done once). Grinding mobs is a good way to level up, if you don't mind it taking a while longer. Once you reach level 10, you can start queuing for battlegrounds (PVP). BAttlegrounds will give you some XP while leveling also. The best way to get experience is through the quests given in instances that havent previously been done before. If this is done through the RDF then you'll also get a xp boost on completion.
Saying that your a GM the code to level to 80 is
.Level 80

There are no cheats for World Of Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment isn't planning on making any.
What do you mean? You level up by getting experience from killing creatures and doing quests, which you level up with. You just get enough experience to get past level seven! If that's not what you mean, then i don't know. Your character's levels are the only 'Levels' in the game, this is not a game like Mario or something where you have different 'levels' to complete!
World of warcraft is an awesome game just simply becasue of what you can do on it. You can talk and meet people from all over the world during this time makeing and leveling up an Avatar character of your own and when you get to the max level (Level 80 ) with all the friends you have met you can do such level 80 things as raid and gear up this is why world of warcraft (WoW) is so addictive.
World of Warcraft trial accounts do use the Cataclysm maps but you would not be able to access them as you can only level up to level 20 in the trial version.
You get experience by either killing monsters or doing quests.
Pets in World of Warcraft can only level up if they are lower level than their hunter master, and by attacking foes that would give the master experience. For instance, a level 50 pet of a level 50 hunter would not level because then it would be higher level than the master, which does not happen. And if a level 50 pet attacks level 30 creatures, it gets no experience because the mobs are too low level.

You learn it as a spell at level 16 from your class trainer. NOTE: In World of Warcraft: Cataclysm (in beta at the moment), they are mixing up the levels of cat and bear form....cat form will be at level 10.
