We only know of Triceratops from fossil bones. Even if we had fossil skin, it wouldn't have preserved the color. For that reason, nobody knows what color any non avian dinosaurs, including Triceratops, were.

Nobody knows the color of Triceratops. That is because fossils do not preserve skin coloration. However, if the Triceratops's frill was used as a display to attract mates, as many paleontologists theorize, the frill of male Triceratops, at least during breeding season, was probably a very bright color, such as red.

Nobody knows what color Triceratops was in life because they are only known from fossil bones, which don't preserve color. Triceratops's frill was probably used for display, though, and if it were, it is very likely that it was quite colorful.
