Quantum entaglement is the phenomenon where two subatomic particles interact, and then separate. That interaction is such that the two particles are correlated and share a single quantum state. A quantum state is a series of values that represent that particle. With two entangled particles, they share a quantum state, but, and this is the key, they do not have definite polarisation, momentum, spin and certain other properties until those properties are measured. Once those properties are measured for one particle, the other particle instantly falls into the properties dictated by their entanglement. For example, if two particles are entangled such that they are in a so-called 'spin anti-correlated state', whereby the spin of one is exactly opposite to that of the other, we could measure one particle's spin to be, say, spin up, the other intsantly goes into a spin-down state.

Quantum Theory is the theory that we use to help determine the make up of the sub atomic particles in an atom. With the main focus on the electrons. We have the theory because we cannot see the electrons.

Quantum Entanglement occurs when particles such as photons, electrons, molecules and even diamonds interact physically and then become separated. Research into Quantum Entanglement was initially started in 1935.

Everything exists is discrete energy states. In whatever way energy exists the act of acquiring it or losing it is not a continuum but a series of steps.

Could quantum entanglement work to transport energy?

Quantum Entanglement can be used for many applications. Plants have been found to use this for Photosynthesis, so yes, it can be used to transport energy.

What is the Google entanglement concept used for?

There is no such thing as a Google entanglement concept. One might Google the entanglement concept but Google itself has nothing to do with it. It is the Quantum Entanglement concept and this is when sub atomic particles interact physically and then become separated again.

Has Quantum Entanglement been proved or disproved yet?

Quantum entanglement was an observation in the 1930s, it's established as much of a fact as can be in physics since then. The current status is determining whether information transfer is instantaneous or has lag time.

Teleportation in a sentence?

Quantum teleportation, or entanglement-assisted teleportation, is a technique used to transfer information on a quantum level, usually from one particle (or series of particles) to another particle (or series of particles) in another location via quantum entanglement. -http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_teleportation#General_teleportation_scheme

Does quantum entanglement suggest that all matter is already entangledIf it doesnt how then do you entangle two electrons for example to achieve the entanglement phenomenon?

What is quantum technology?

Quantum applied science is a young discipline of physics and technology, which transitions, some of the stranger characteristics of quantum mechanics, especially quantum entanglement and most recently quantum tunneling, into virtual applications such as quantum computing, quantum coding, quantum simulation, quantum metrology, quantum sensing, and quantum imaging.

How do you Quantum entangle?

The "easiest" way to do so is to cool a substance until it becomes a super-conductor. When that happens, you have Cooper Pairs, which are electrons with quantum entanglement.

Could we theoretically use quantum entanglement to transport solar energy from a moon based solar farm to Earth?

Quantum entanglement "does not exist" !!! If / when Hydrogen reaches singularity, the strong & weak nuclear forces are no longer required ! The only forces to remain are the Gravitational & the Electromagnetic !!!

What are some of the most popular theories in quantum mechanics?

The most known theory in quantum mechanics would be the Broglie-Bohm theory. Other popular theories are the string theory, quantum entanglement, and SchrÌ_dinger's cat.

What is a W state?

A W state is a quantum state of three cubits which represents a specific type of multipartite entanglement.
