Claim data can generally ber obtained from the Department of Insurance of the state in which you are interested. You will have to specify the nature of the claim(s) for which you wish the date (such as the kind of loss involved). Alternatively, or in addition to the foregoing, you can contact the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. In either event, there will be a cost associated with getting the data.
Call your state insurance commissioners for the insurance company's contact info and call the insurance company. mcdlife.com
I would suggest you contact your insurance commissioners office to find out if there is time limit on making a determination in your state.
I have been an automobile liability adjuster for several years and have not heard of that company. However, if you need assistance with getting answers from an insurance company, contact the Insurance Commissioners Office for the state you live in. In most cases, an insurance company is required to respond to you AND the Commissioners Office within 10 days.
Read your insurance card that you keep in the car with your registration info. It will say NAIC #. (EX: State Farm's NAIC # is located in upper left corner of insurance card.) Every insurance company licensed to conduct business in Pennsylvania has been issued a National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) number. This number appears on most, but not all insurance cards. If you are not sure where the code is on your insurance card, you should contact your insurance agent for additional information. Please note that you do not need your NAIC code to renew your vehicle registration online.
There is no all-encompassing email address for life insurance policies. Policies are issued by individual insurers, and each of them likely has an email address. Look on the policy and determine the name of the issuing company. If it is a relatively new policy, the email address may be shown. If not, certainly the policy will contain a customer service phone number. You can call it and get the email address. If all of that dails, you can contact the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and it will probably have the information.
You need to contact the National Rilfe Association.
