i am not quite sure but i think it cost 10-20 million US dollars then there is research, prototypes, huge amounts of aviation fuel and stuff added in.
so probs all up around 200 maybe 300 million dollars.
then you also have to pay the workers (especially the driver as he would know there is an extremely high chance of blowing up.)
so i think in total around the 1 billion mark...
