Early July 6-8, 1922 because on page 11 daisy says that in two weeks it will be the longest day of the year (Summer Solstice on June 21st)so that means that Nick is at Daisy's house early june.

On page 11 of the book about a little lower than mid way through Daisy says, "In two weeks it'll be the longest day in the year"... assuming that she means the Summer Solstice which is around June 21, he is at their house around June 7th-ish.
