if a part of the body moves back and forth
In vibratory motion, the body doesn't move as a whole.where as in oscillatory motion the body moves on whole .and in vibratory motion the amplitude is less ,where as in the oscillatory motion the amplitude is comparitively larger than the vibratory motion .
Oscillatory motion is also called vibratory motion while periodic motion is a motion which is repeat itself after a specific interval. Periodic motion may be rotatory or vibratory.
The simple harmonic motion is a special case of vibration, which is neither damped, nor driven and can be described by a sinusoidal function.
Motion is just a movement from one place to the other. There are vibratory, translatory, circular, oscillatory motion But speed is the distance covered in one second.

vibratory means stationary with no motion, oscillatory means with uniform motion like pendulam.

yes
no
accelration velosity
A spring.
what is difference between simple harmonic motion and vibratory motion?
linear , vibratory, circulatory and rotatory motion.
Constituent atoms in any solid can show vibratory motion. So, constituent atoms of metal can move and can exhibit vibratory motion.
there are 5 kinds of motion. they are 1.translatory motion 2.rotatory motion 3.transla- rotatory motion 4.periodic motion 5.vibratory motion
