You mean the difference of Action Replay DS and Action Replay DS EZ?
Well, the main part is that the regular version is a version where you insert game into the Action Replay. EZ version is a version where you load the codes, take the Action Replay out, and put the game in. Here are some risks:
Action Replay DS: Very big risk of freezing gameplay (Game freezes because Action Replay bumps into something (But not a big risk about breaking Action replay)
Action Replay DS EZ: My own Experience: NEVER TAKE ACTION REPLAY DS EZ OUT WHILE SAVING!!!!! I DID, AND NOW WHENEVER I LOAD MY CODES, THE TOUCH SCREEN GOES ALL RED AND BLUE.
You must want one of those. If you buy one and you have a DSI, Action Replay DS and Action Replay DS EZ won't work on DSI. I recommend Action Replay DSI. It works in DS, DS Lite, and DSI.

The Action Replay is for the Nintendo DS and the Nintendo DS Lite, while the Action Replay Max (or, sometimes called the Action Replay DSi) is for the DSi only. The normal Action Replay will not work in the DSi, and vice versa. I hope I helped! ('u')
Their is no 2008 Action Replay. Action Replays are only for once certain console. If you wanted a GBA Action Replay buy the GBA Action Replay. DS Action Replay get the DS Action Replay.

Some common questions for Action Replay are: Where can I buy an Action Replay? How do I use an Action replay? What items and Pokemon can I get off of an Action Replay? Should I use and Action Replay or a Gameshark? Is it easy to use an Action Replay? Do I have to enter in long codes for an Action Replay to give me what I want like I have to on a Codebreaker?
