The 275 is wider and taller
235/65-15 or 275/75-15 are very good substitutes.
that's very good. at 17 i benched 275 and i weighted 220, at 15 i couldn't get nowhere close to 235.
The 235/75-15 tire has an overall diameter that is .59" bigger. It is also .40" wider. Your speedometer will read 58.7 at a true 60 mph with the 235 if the 225 was the OEM size.
15
-15
250 minus 15 = 235
To find the difference between 26 and 15, you would subtract 15 from 26 to get 11.
It is: 235-35.25 = 199.75
If you had 235 / 75 / 15 tires and switched to 235 / 60 / 15 tires : When your speedometer read 60 MPH you would actually be travelling at 54.2 MPH ( if that's what you are asking ? )
250 - (x/100)250 = 235 250 - 2.5x = 235 250 - 250 - 2.5x = 235 - 250 -2.5x = -15 (-1/2.5)(-2.5)x = -15(-1/2.5) x = 6 So that 250 decreased by 6% is 235. Or, 250 - 235 = 15 15 is what percent of 250? 15 = (x/100)250 15 = 2.5x 6 = x
235-70-15 or 235-75-15
250 - 15 = 235
