NGA is Numeric Grade Average (i.e. the 0-100 scale) where as GPA is the Grade Point Average where your numeric grades are assigned a point value (The 0-4 scale)
Example: Your grades in your classes are:
Science: 93 = 4.0
Math: 91 = 4.0
English: 88 = 3.0
History: 90 = 4.0
Foreign Language: 91 = 4.0
Music: 95 = 4.0
Your NGA is the average of these grades, 91.3.
Your GPA would be the average of your points assigned to each grade, 3.83
