Summary:
These 2 CPU's share the same core architecture which is why they have similar Power consumption, Front Side Bus speeds, and L2 Cache. The difference in performance is related to the number of cores each CPU has. The T2330 has 2 cores meaning it can do more work (like 2 heads are better than 1). The real benefit to the T2330 is multitasking, if you only ever run 1 application at a time, then the 2nd core of the T2330 won't yield you much additional performance.
