University's offer four your diplomas while and institute is created only to teach you a trade or skill. The difference between a college and a university is that a college does not offer many majors or areas of study while a university attempts to offer programs in most areas of study.

A university offers an array of courses in a 4 year degree setting, ensuring that you receive a well rounded education. "Institutes" generally focus on specific degrees and take less time. "University" i thing that, have all subject in the university but "Institutes" just only have under 5 subject in institutes.

I believe that a college is mainly focused on limited courses with little hands on. A insitiute is more focused on more branches with the carrer of the students
